Every day our team are constantly gathering information about job hiring events and jobs that are looking for those special dedicated and dependable workers and every day a lot of people are desiring to be able to go to work so they can have a better life and be able to provide for themselves and their families. We make both sides desires into reality. 3D management provides transportation to hiring events so that our clients are able to get in a better position of being employed which is our ultimate goal for them and we're there to help secure those jobs for them. During the interview process we'll advocate for our clients and guarantee the employers that our clients have a guaranteed transportation to work every day. 3D management will be there to pick them up for work and drop them off after work so they can focuse on working and not how they'll be able to go to work. As they go through the transition of becoming financially stabled we do understand that things might still be difficult so we provide other services to help them so they can stay encouraged and focused. We work with our community churches and other organizations to help donate clothes, food and other necessary things needed. We came to this understanding that only through togetherness can we overcome the many challenges of life however it starts with being dedicated to grow, determined to change and disciplined to continue on. Transportation
3D management provides our clients guaranteed transportation to their job sites and also to job hiring events so that they can get hired. We understand that many have the desire to work however without transportation it's impossible to make their desire a reality. We use our resources to find hiring events and after our clients are drug tested and have proper documentation we take them to these events so that they can have an opportunity to get a job. If able, we also speak for their behalf guaranteeing the employer that if hired they have a guaranteed transportation to work every day because we know it's important for employers to know that they can count on their employees to be at work on time every day and also we know that our clients are striving to make their lives better by getting a job so everyone wins.
Clothing/ food pantries
3D management cares. We are dedicated towards the betterment of our clients. We live in a world where some people don't have all the necessities that others have. Through our community relations we will strive to provide our clients with those necessities. We work along side churches and other organizations to provide donations of clothing,foods and other things for clients.
Community shelter centers
3D management is determined in assisting our clients as they go through the transition of becoming financially stabled. We understand some people don't have housing so our goal is to use our resources within our communities and connect them with shelters so that they can have a roof over their heads while working. Homelessness is a battle that we can overcome only by working together.
Therapeutic treatment
3D management cares. We are determined to encourage our clients to get therapeutic treatment. We understand how difficult it is when you're striving to do better but things Aren't going well and many people give up on life and their goals. Our goal is to show them that there's a better and healthier way to handle stress. Through therapy our clients will the needed help and support to combat those issues so that they will overcome them.
I was raised up in two different cultures, born in Congo Brazzaville but at the age of 9 I came to live in the United States. The transition was difficult, everything was different. Different language, different food, different atmosphere and what affected me the most was living with different people. It was difficult for me to fit in, I was bullied for being different and of course which only led me to fight back. Fighting became my way of expression because I felt like that's the only way people would respect me. This way of thinking only led me to make more bad decisions and without a active father in my life I had no proper guidance. I ended up getting locked and through that journey I learned about myself and started to love myself again and desired to help others because I realized that we're not here only to live for ourselves. I knew that I was going to get another chance at life in society and this time I wanted to make a positive impact and leave a legacy that would encourage others because I didn't quit even when things were rough. We go through challenging times to help strengthen us however some people don't make it through those struggling times and need some help. 3D management is definitely a vision to build others and I'm proud to be part of this history. My past doesn't define me and my past is in the past. Watch my present, watch as we grow and develop but only through dedication, determination and discipline is this possible.

As the Executive spokesman Victhed Mberikaya is watching the operation of the company. He's responsible for building a rapport within our communities and different organizations as well as getting information about our organization to the public. In addition, he's responsible for maintaining a positive public image for our organization.

In addition, making sure that safety guidelines are being followed as we strive to assist our clients as needed.

As our Director Daniel Barnes is responsible maintaining the overall performance of 3D management as we continue to grow in our operations as well as analyzing and monitoring the progress of our clients. Are the hiring jobs/events posted on the company website?
Yes. All of the hiring events and jobs are posted and updated and we also post information of where I'll staff will be setting up to meet and greet new clients and passing out helpful information.
What does your screening and recruitment process entail?
Our screening and recruitment process is simple and to the point. We desire to help those who are willing to receive help. Our clients must go through the following steps before we can take them to job fairs: 1- Clients must fill out an application with their information and also agree through signatures of 3D management terms and policies. 2- All clients are required to take a drug test( if a client fails he/she is encouraged to come back when they are ready but if they fail the 2nd test they'll have to wait 6 months before coming back to us).3- Clients will be given information about our company's pick up and drop off time and will be informed if any changes were made. 4- Clients who don't have proper documentation can receive help every 2nd fridays, that's when we take our clients to government offices that help get them their documents.
Do you ensure a substitute standby worker to prevent absence?
Our goal is to provide employment opportunities to our clients and also assurance to the employers that they can count on us to bring them there on time. We Also provide services for those who are looking for temp jobs. When an employee calls us about being short of employees we use our resources to get the employers the help they need.
